Sunny room by Cambridge heath

Subletting the other room in the flat - a lovely sunny flat, ideally located just off Hackney Road. We’re 5 minutes from Broadway Market/London fields, 10 minutes from the central line at Bethnal Green, and 5 minutes from the Cambridge Heath overground. The room has a double bed, furnishings, and could fit a small (but not large) desk. You’re also welcome to work from home at the living room table.

I’m Ellen, the sole other flatmate, 29, work in film and have started a PhD. I typically work out of the house during the day, and finish up work in the evenings in the living room. So, it’s a pretty quiet space, but you can make use of it fully!

Other notes: I coordinate a cleaner for once a month, no smoking or vaping inside
