Sunny double room in social East London flat

Hello! I am leaving London and there is a room available in my lovely lovely east London flat.
About the flat:
AMAZING location, right next to vic park, 7 mins from the tube, 4 mins from the overground, both get you to Liverpool st within 5 mins. Great pub culture around, as well as weekend markets, lots of sunshine in the lounge area as well as the room itself. Room isn’t massive but has good storage options (unpictured a clothes rail with 2 more storage drawers) and is cosy, mould free and fits 1 person perfectly. Safe building with a scanner access on first door then key for the front door, never had any issues with the building or area! Flat has a small balcony too!
About us:
1 kiwi guy, 1 Aussie girl, and 1 Scottish girl, all working professionally, mix of at home and in office roles. All super lovely and very friendly, happy to do stuff together but also have own friends outside of the flat. Keep the space tidy, peaceful and clean!
About you:
Working professionally, hybrid or full office working sitch, friendly, clean, tidy and respectful! Ideally someone aged 24-30 (the flatmates range in this age), no preference on gender, and looking for a room for the middle of May!
