Double in Bethnal Green, sharing with two women

Double room in Bethnal Green - sharing with two women aged between 28-31. Furniture included, I have covered it in a white contact paper which you can remove if you so wish (except from bench at the bottom of the bed, which I can sell to you if you'd like to keep it!). The double bed has under-bed storage which is very helpful.
There is a shared kitchen and living room, and one shared bathroom. The flight is bright and airy with nice big windows that can be fully opened. On the third floor of a high rise apartment block, two minutes walk from the Central Line at Bethnal Green tube station on Roman Road. Twenty minute walk to central Shoreditch.
Landlady is lovely and operates privately - always sorts things quickly and rarely raises rent. The rent is £855 pcm, with bills on top that usually amount to £180 pcm. Deposit will be one month's rent, held by the landlady. This includes a cleaner that comes twice monthly. Neighbours are nice and friendly, lots of cute dogs coming and going in the building. Area is great and has lots to offer in terms of bars/restaurants/gigs/etc.
I'm moving out on the 27th of April, so the move in date can be any time between the 28th of April and the 1st of May.
One flatmate works in hospitality currently and another works in Fashion. They’re looking for someone who is social, but not a party animal! They’d prefer a woman to take the room, but open to the idea of a man, and are of course LGBTQIA+ friendly.
