Seeking creative flatmate for room in East!

Hi! I’m looking for someone (ideally another creative) to share my 2 bed flat for a minimum of 6 months as of April.

Location is incredible, close to Broadway Market, London Fields, Haggerston Park, Victoria Park and Columbia Road.

The whole flat is very light and airy, and there is a shared living area, kitchen and bathroom with a powerful shower. The heating is very effective.

The room is furnished- built in hanging wardrobe and shelves, super comfortable bed with drawers beneath, small desk (which can be replaced with your own), bedside drawers and a rail.

Equal contribution to flat maintenance (regular cleaning, meter readings, etc) is super important to me. Bills are approx £200/month each and come out of my account, so a monthly direct debit to me is needed.

Deposit is £1270! Council tax band D

Please note the flat is on the top floor and there are a lot of stairs and no lift :’) but is a good daily workout.

ABOUT ME:

I work in fashion as a freelance designer/pattern cutter. I’m pretty active- I climb, run, and love dancing at a rave every now and then.

I’d really like a flatmate who has some similar interests such as climbing that we could do together sometimes!

Home vibe-wise, I’m after a chill, respectful atmosphere. It’d be nice to hang out in the evening sometimes, but I also appreciate privacy and alone time.

I occasionally have a couple of friends over (not super regularly), and my boyfriend stays over a couple of nights a week.

I’m looking for someone who either works from an office, or hybrid, since I work from home and use part of the living room during the day (I have a high pattern table, which I usually convert into a dining table in the evenings).
