Looking for replacement tenant

Hello!

After a lovely two years living here, I'm moving in with my partner and looking for a replacement tenant to take over my room.

The flat is in Bethnal Green and has three bedrooms and a shared kitchen/living space. The current tenants are Fidaa (Doctor, 32) and Kellie (Teacher, 27)

We'd be looking for another girl of a similar age to join the flat, ideally someone who's quite clean and easy to get along with.

I have a bit of flexibility about when the room can be available, but I'd like to work towards June 1 as a move in date.

3 months payslips
Previous references

Bills vary but are usually split between the three of us, at about £100 pp. Council tax is band B.

The flat is well located, about ten minutes away from Bethnal Green Station, and about thirty minutes walk to Liverpool Street or Whitechapel. Lots of nice cafes/bars in the area, with columbia road and hackney road a few streets away.
