Bethnal Green Sunny Double Room Available from early/mid June!

Hi, I’m Joe and I’ve lived at this property at Bethnal Green for just short of two years. I’m looking for my replacement as I’m moving in with my girlfriend. Move in date flexible from 1st – 14th June.

The house is just off Bethnal Green Road, so a less than 5 min walk to Bethnal Green tube and overground. It’s also a short walk to Shoreditch, Columbia Road and London Fields – really fab location!

It’s just off the main road, but just round the corner from some great pub and grub (e. g. the Sun Tavern, Bethnal Green Tavern, Bad Boys Pizza etc)

The house has a two bathrooms, kitchen and a sunlit living room and garden. The room comes with the bed frame and mattress and has a built in wardrobe.

You’d be living with Emma and Karam, who are both easy going, friendly and keen to keep the flat feeling like a proper home.

Emma (25) works as a primary school teacher, so weekdays tend to be fairly busy, but she’s always up for a pub quiz, a pint, or a catch up at the weekend. She’s a big fan of women’s football (especially Arsenal).

Karam (26) is a hospital pharmacist working in the city, so is also if out most weekdays. Karam is big into cooking, going to gigs and attempting crochet projects. They’re both tidy, relaxed and mindful of everyone’s space. It’s been a really friendly and lovely place to live!

Please note that originally the flat was unfurnished (except a few big items like a sofa, the beds etc), so I will be taking some furniture with me. Bills not included, council tax £45 pppm.
