Bright quiet top floor room in a huge E2 house :)

Hello all!

A HUGE room is available in our lovely house 1st June. It's been the loveliest house to live in, especially in summer, with the most wonderful, kind people.

The spacious room is on the very peaceful top floor of this huge three-floor house.

Furniture : BED, MIRROR AND LITTLE CABINET + THREE BUILT-IN WARDROBES.

It's a very quiet and private place if you want it to be, but there is also the big shared space on the first floor. You would be sharing a bathroom with a bath and shower with one lady flatmate that is on the same floor. The house is big and bright, with an open plan kitchen/ dining/ living space and there is a fantastic terrace (full sun in summer!)

Bills are currently £145pcm including a weekly cleaner.

Where :
The house is located in a gated residency just off Roman Road. Between Bethnal Green station (12 min walk) (5 min bus) and Mile End station (12 min walk). Right by Victoria Park (Pavilion Cafe end), Mile end climbing wall, Bow Wharf gym and the canal. It is a very peaceful, bright and airy house. It has two bathrooms, a wonderful sunny terrace and a secure parking space that isn't currently being used.

Who are they :
The other housemates are three amazing people (two guys, one gal) between 26-32. One chef, and two biodiversity consultants. Friendly, tidy and they love spending time together, hanging out in the living room at the end of the day to talk or have a movie night. It's definitely not a party house but they do have guests and gatherings, just giving each other a heads up if they're having people over. They love cooking and eating together at home but also have their own things going on and respect each other's me-time and space.

There is a cleaner every week and care about keeping the place tidy and cozy.

Who are you :
Ideally a woman, you are friendly, respectful, tidy, and clean in communal spaces and are sensible with who you bring over. Also they are pescetarian, vegetarian and vegan, so it would be a plus if you are too! For referencing in future your salary would need to be a minimum of £30,000.
