Three Rooms in Friendly Bethnal Green Flat

Looking for 3 flatmates to join an apartment in Bethnal Green!

Flat has 5 bedrooms, a large living room, and a split bathroom/shower. We are two gals (25/26, Irish & American (she hates him we swear)) who met in our current house share looking to move to east London. We found this great flat and are looking for 3 people to join us in signing the lease. Sorry the pictures are so atrocious, we can send a video from the tour if you'd like! Tried to include pictures of the neighborhood that we took as well.

It's a nice size on the 3rd floor of an apartment building that is only a three minute walk to Victoria park and just down the street from a cute pub. Additionally a 5 minutes walk to the overground and central line.

We want to create a fun friendly atmosphere with people who are looking for a home not just a place to live! Open to sharing with sharing with anyone not just girls!

All rooms include closets and the rents are £815, £800, and £735 (smaller room). Bills exclude electricity are completely included in the rent so a great price. The landlord has offered to replace the single bed with a double in the smallest room if wanted!
