Hello future roomies!

Two London gents are looking for dog-friendly flatmates to live with us and my five year old hairy lurcher Rosie, in our Bethnal Green abode 1 min walk from the tube. Ideally the new flatmates will be women to get balance in the home.

Rosie is basically amazing and generally regarded a living manifestation of a Disney scamp dog, she has the temperament of a saint and is always happy to see you. The existing flat mates are also pretty great.

You should have lived with a dog before, and ideally play music and / or sport and enjoy cooking / drinking so we can do stuff together now and again.

It's a fairly communal home, with shared weekly dinners, going out for the odd run, cycle or pint, but not living out of each other's pockets and would suit people who already have their own lives and interests, and enjoy sharing milk etc.. You should be social but self sufficient, responsible and respectful.

The house has oak wooden floors in the kitchen/lounge and hall; plenty of light, two patios for fresh air, gardening or a fag; a piano; and a big open roof terrace suitable for BBQs, entertaining, more significant gardening, yoga and general al fresco relaxing.

We have two bathrooms (one bath/shower and one shower) so no queuing for the loo.

The rooms are bright and comfy, both have double beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and space for a small desk.

Utility bills and council tax are split equally between us and currently cost £190 each per month on top of the rent (this includes the recent doubling of energy bills, but may still increase with energy cost rises and vary accordingly). This includes fibre wifi, BT TV and a weekly cleaner who cleans the rooms and communal areas.
