Modern kitchen. Bills and wi-fi included (excluding council tax). The bedroom is situated in a ground floor maisonette with patio; the room contains wooden flooring, a built in wardrobe, bed, chair and desk.

Owners, university researcher and recovery worker. Happy to share space but would like a quiet considerate professional flatmate who is out at work 9-5 pmish.
