The flat is located in Bethnal Green near Shoreditch/Bricklane/Liverpool Street, only 1min from Cambridge Heath overground station and 5mins from Bethnal Green underground station (Central Line). You reach Liverpool Street in just one stop.

The Residence has an on-site Study Room and is extremely close to University College of Business & Computer, Queen Mary University, Loughborough University, SAE Institute and many others.

All bills included, except electricity (approx. £5 / Week)

The price depends on the length of stay.

For contracts between:

4 weeks to 15 weeks (1 to 4 months): £295/week
16 weeks to 44 weeks (4 months to 11 months): £265/week
45 weeks to 52 weeks (11 months to 12 months) : £239/week

Deposit:

3 weeks rent for contracts between 4 and 15 weeks
4 weeks rent for contracts more than 15 weeks

How to Book?

To book a room, we just ask for a £200 holding fee that we will deduct from your first month's rent at your check-in day. At your check-in day, we will ask you to pay the rent and the deposit minus the £200
