The house is clean and carpeted with plenty of light coming from all directions with neutral decor. It has double-glazing throughout with a fully-fitted kitchen and bathroom to share.

The location is ideal for commuting into Central London. Buses leave from just outside the home for a 15 minute journey to North Greenwich station which is 8 minutes to London Bridge, 2 minutes to Canary Wharf, 9 minutes to Stratford and 20 minutes to Liverpool Street. Buses also go to Lewisham, Woolwich, Bexleyheath and Greenwich, including 24 hour buses. Also nearby are National Rail stations – Westcombe Park (6 minutes walk) and Blackheath (15 minute walk).

There are a number of conveniences nearby. There is a massive M&S Food Hall and a couple of other small grocery shops. Barclays is just across the street and a Post Office right around the corner. Blackheath Library is a 1 minute walk. Greenwich University is 15 minutes away. There are plenty of places of interest nearby including Greenwich Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark, Eltham Palace, the O2 and the Emirates cable cars.
