Blackheath / Lewisham room to rent

Hi guys!

So my current flatmates are moving out by the end of the October and so i will have a double room available from 1st November.
The room is furnished in some shelves and double bed - bed can be made into single one which would give even more space in the room.

It is three bedroom flat on the ground floor; 10mins walk from lewisham dlr/train station; close to shopping centre, gyms, greenwich park, tennis courts and more!
I have been living here for the past 4 years and the area, flat and landlady are really great!

A bit about myself - I work full time in emergency services, I'm mostly out working, working out, shopping, or somewhere with someone but I'd like to as well stay at home watch Netflix and just chill.
Cooking is not my strong side so the kitchen is all yours! (Except when i feel its chicken nugget or fruittty smoothy time then i might to sneak in for few mins).
We are not allowed any pets at home, even thou i love them very much but landlady said no 🤷

I am looking for really chillax people to move in. I dont have many requirements as long as you are easy going, chill and want to share a home Home.
