Hey, My names Gregor I'm 35, and work in Theatre. My lovely flat mates are flying the nest and I would love to find 2 newbies (male or female)

We have a bright double ensuite available in this beautiful top floor flat. (4th floor - with lift)

And another large double sharing a bathroom with myself.

There are wooden floors throughout, new appliances and huge floor to ceiling windows that face the rising sun. We have a full wrap around balcony with access from each room that over looks a local park. (And feel free to use my hammock)

It's a 12 minute walk to Blackheath or Lee station with great transport links to central London. It's 15mins to London Bridge on the train and a 25 minute walk to Greenwich Park

The bedrooms are bright and furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a wall of built in storage. There is room for a small desk. The bathroom is modernly decorated and bright with a rainforest shower.

The shared open planned kitchen and living room has kitchen table and chairs, dishwasher, washer/dryer, comfy couches and a large screen tv.

Would love to find sociable flat mates who can chill and watch netflix together, get a couple pizzas and wine in, you know the drill
But also respect each others time out.

The bills are not included in the rent and work out at roughly £115-£120. Full reference checks required through agency.
