Bright double bedroom in cool art deco home

Looking for a room? You're in luck! We're looking for a tenant in our beautiful art deco home. Up for rent is a cozy double room which comes with a cozy price in a house that has character and definitely feels like a home. The room itself is 3 by 2,5. and comes with a lot of storage space (built in cupboards in the room and in the hall that are all yours). I painted it recently so it looks fresh with the beautiful lighting and high ceilings. Making this a small but comfortable room. As WFH is big, there is a separate space in which you can create your office, as there is plenty of room in the house.

Architecture buffs will love this bright, modernist house with original sixties art deco features in a quiet neighbourhood. Garage and lovely and spacious garden included. It's a 7 minute walk to Blackheath Village and railway, where you can find plenty of stores and ace pubs. it's 12 minutes by train to London Bridge, Cannon Street and London Victoria.

We're looking for a cheerful, reliable, housemate that doesn't mind and occasional beer or bbq. As we have fairly busy lives we also appreciate our down time. So plenty of that as well.

Tom - who is an arts grad. His taste in music is impeccable and there is nothing that this man cannot fix. Superhandy and super friendly. Always up for a pint. Tom works as a carpenter during the day and plays tag rugby on the weekends. Adventurous lad.

Marin -advertisement associate. He plays a mean bit of guitar, loves his coffee and is super passionate about music, motorcycles and traveling. Marin is currently working from home and we created a nice home office for ourselves.
