Looking for a flatmate.Large bedroom in Blackheath

Hi all
I am looking for a flatmate to join me in a tenancy for at least 6 months, available now. The room is a large double bedroom (more than 15 sq mt) and will be furnished with a basic set (if you have your own furniture we can work that out).
The house:
3 bedroom flat with massive areas and high ceilings, 1 bathroom and a separate kitchen. There is a 3rd double bedroom which is being used as a spare room. The living room is also very large and we have access to a massive communal garden. There are bus stops at the door and train stations (Blackheath, Kidbrooke and Westcombe park) are all around a 15min walk.
About me:
I am 37, Portuguese and work in Canary Wharf in Property Management. I’ve been living here for 3 years now and in the area for the past 10. I am quite active (i play tennis, padel, football and i cycle so would be more than happy if you want to join me) and love food, whether that’s eating out or cooking. I work from home 2 days/week and everyone describes as a very easy going/chilled person 😁
About you:
Ideally a like minded person, working professional who equally likes to spend time at home or out of the flat.
The final details:
We would be renting the flat from the landlord directly, so we would both be on the contract for a minimum of 6 months - the landlord is really cool and doesn’t really have a lot of requirements other than you doing the usual references.
Bills not included, but would come up to an extra £150-175/month.
