Sublet a room in our big, bright, beautiful flat

Hey guys,

My partner and I are looking for someone to sublet our second bedroom between April and July (exact dates flexible).

The room is fully furnished - large double bed, 2 wardrobes, bedside tables and a small desk. It has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

You can also have access to my desk in the study on Mondays and Thursdays (some Fridays).

£1,100 pcm inc. all bills apart from energy - which we’ll let you know each month. (Rate will be slightly increased for couples)

The flat is fully furnished (by us) across two floors. It has a huge living room with a big smart TV and lots of plants. The kitchen is also huge and has dining area.

* 10 min walk to both Blackheath & Lee Stations
* 12 min train to London Bridge
* 12 min train to Peckham
* 18 min train to Waterloo East/Southwark
* 20 min train to Charing Cross and Cannon Street
* 27 min train to Victoria
* 35 mins to Shoreditch area via London Bridge, New Cross or Woolwich

4 minute walk to a big Sainsburys
(There's also a nearby Lidl and Aldi)

10 minute walk to Blackheath Village
* Lots of cafes including Gail's
* Lots of cute restaurants & a wine bar
* Weekly farmers market

20 minute walk to Greenwich Park

Lewisham is round the corner (9 min bus or 30 min walk) - H&M, huge TK Maxx, big M&S, Boots, Superdrug, etc

I’m a musician and work part-time as a bookkeeper. My partner works in the start-up industry. We’re very chill - enjoy cooking, eating out, sharing music, photography, travelling, walking and nights out with friends. Our guilty pleasure is Real Housewives.
