LGBT Houseshare in Lewisham/Greenwich

ROOM NOT AVAILABLE TILL JUNE 1st however may be available in May if the current tenant finds a new place with her partner in that time.

A household consisting of 3 gay guys. WIFI and water bills are both included with rent. We would preferably like to live with someone LGBT. Some of us are smokers (Only in the garden). On a normal week, we like to sit in the living room and watch TV, play games and have the occasional drink together but also respect each other's space when needed.

The house has two toilets, two showers, a living space and a dining area.

The house is an 8-minute walk to Blackheath station which goes to Lewisham in 2 minutes, London Bridge in 10 Mins, Waterloo East 15 mins and 20 mins to charring cross. (Other trains including to London Victoria, Cannon Street, Dartford).

Very close to Greenwich Park with a 10 minute walk, 20 minute walk to Lewisham town centre. Closest Supermarket is a 15 minute walk away.

Rent is £550 a month but with bills it roughly adds up to £640 a month.

The bedroom available is on the top floor with a TV supplied by one of the housemates, it includes a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.
