The flat is situated on the top (3rd floor) on St Johns Park just a five minute walk from Greenwich Park.
The room comes unfurnished but has room for a double bed and other furniture (we will be painting the wall back white)
The flat has a communal kitchen, living room, bathroom and shared garden to the rear of the property which is great in the summer.
The flat is a 10/15 minute walk from both Blackheath train station and Westcombe Park station, there are a number of bus stops with 24hr buses running and just a 10 minute bus journey from North Greenwich tube station.
The current flatmates are two males aged 27 and 29 both shift workers and always up for a laugh and like to spend time as a flat but also value personal space (We also have a very friendly house cat)
We are looking for someone to take over the tenancy of our flat mate who is moving out at the end of March - this tenancy runs until July initially with the option of extending in future.
