Hello,
I’m looking for another female for 2-3 nights a week in my beautiful period flat (please note I won’t respond to men writing without reading this!).
The flat is leafy Blackheath SE London. We’re just a 12 min train journey to London Bridge, 20 mins to Waterloo or Charing Cross. Also direct trains to Victoria. Very close to Greenwich Park, lots of cafes and lovely pubs in area too.
About the flat:
The room is a beautiful light en-suite (big bathroom with bath and shower). Furnished with double bed, tv, hanging space, bedside drawers.
The flat has a huge lounge and kitchen which has a large dining table. All mod cons in kitchen.
I run a small company from home so am looking for someone just 2 nights a week. Because I work from home, I want someone who needs to be in the office 9-5.
I have a friendly but shy cat who doesn’t go into the bedroom advertised.
Rent is £600 (8 nights a month) including all bills.
I’m vegetarian but you don’t need to be. If you smoke, you’re welcome to use the balcony which leads onto garden.
Any questions just ask.
Reminder *weekday let only, females only*.
