Shared with two females - 1 Professional and one Retired. Privacy respected at all times. Quiet, relaxed and friendly atmosphere and surroundings.
**It is just a few minutes walk to Blackheath Station which is central to London Charing Cross, Victoria and Cannon Street. On Bus routes to Bromley, Bexley, Woolwich and Greenwich. Within easy reach of Greenwich University and Goldsmith's College.
**Rent must be paid on the 1st. of each calendar month - next due in June. *2 References are required on successful application or within a reasonable time of this.

**Share Kitchen, separate Bathroom {Power shower in place}/Toilet and comfortable Lounge in which to share as Dining area or simply in which to relax. This is also available if you wish to entertain friends. No Parties allowed ! Welcome to have a friend stay for the weekend occasionally.
**Must be prepared to room clean and tidy within reason
and share other household chores. Full use of kitchen facilities.
