Looking to sublet a room in a lovely 2 bed flat in Blackheath.

Lovely period flat - top floor and in a detached building so very quiet and peaceful despite being 200m from all the amenities of Blackheath village. There is one bathroom (shower only - no bath I'm afraid of that's a deal breaker for you!) between the two bedrooms.

There is a dishwasher, washing machine and on street parking (you would need to apply for a permit). There is a huge communal garden but it's pretty overgrown and unloved, I barely go down there but you'd be welcome to if you are green fingered!

Big double room - 13ft by 15ft. Comes furnished with king-size bed, desk and hanging rail

HOUSEMATE
I'm 34, female, a non smoker and work at an insurance company. I'm easygoing, tidy and love yoga, coffee and running. Partial to a Netflix documentary binge.
