What’s up guys!! I’m Roxy, 34, and originally from South Africa. It’s a lot of info to get through but this avoids wasting anyone’s time, I hope!

Housemates I’m living with are moving on to greener pastures so I’m looking for someone easy going to share this 3bed flat with. Your room (need to take a better photos) is a decent double size on the back balcony with good lighting throughout the day and on the side of a little greenery patch that’s nice during the summer. Third room is empty so will use it for when friends crash, storage and whatnot. Just a heads up, I’m more happy with super cheap rent and space rather than demanding double glazing and maintenance, so looking for someone on the vibe of just getting on with it.

I’m quite an easy going person. I like to keep things tidy but lived in. Don’t want to be the sesh house, I try to keep my weekday to just chilling. Sometimes I do absolutely nothing on the weekend and sometimes I go feral, we all need a blow out from time to time - balance. I like cooking, always up for a chat in the kitchen, PS5, pub for a pint, visiting some town for the weekend, or just binge watching something on the couch. Big rule- no tobacco in the house but have to be 420 friendly or this place won’t work for you. You also need to be cool with dogs, we get visitors, so would prefer if you love them.

Rent including bills comes to £1100 each- that’s all utilities and WiFi. We are 15min from basically everything- big Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Greenwich Park, fancy veg shop, cheap shops, takeaways and charity shops. 1min walk to the station which is an easy 20min journey to London Bridge, Peckham, Charing Cross, Waterloo and Victoria.

Move in day is roughly 1st May, ideally a little bit before as I go to SA on the 1st May for two weeks, so you’ll have the place to yourself which might be nice to get yourself comfortable and in your own groove.
