Beautiful one bed garden flat in Westcombe Park available to sublet for two months from early Jan (flexible on dates).
It’s a real gem that took me ages to find –a sanctuary with a gorgeous garden and plenty of storage space, and it’s also brilliantly connected.
It’s a 30 second walk from the front door to Westcombe Park Station, which is 15 minutes to London Bridge and you are a ten minute walk to Black Heath and the stunning Greenwich Park. This is a beautiful, leafy area with plenty of access to nature and green spaces.
There’s a piano for use and a good work space if you’re working from home, with a monitor and desk. I’ll tidy most of my stuff away and give you a wardrobe for your things. You are welcome to use the piano and guitar for those cosy evenings in. There’s a pull-out sofabed in the living room for guests. It’s a spacious flat, part of a gorgeous Victorian building, with separate kitchen, bedroom and living room. It’s great for couples or singles.
The price is £1600 per month (bills excluded) and I’m open to talking about dates and rates, perhaps subletting for just 1 month or up to three. I’m keen to meet conscientious, caring people who would look after the place and keep my houseplants alive!
