I am looking for a clean, tidy, kind and warm flatmate to join me in my gorgeous home! I’ve furnished it and put a lot of care into it, I want to find someone to elevate & enjoy that with me!

The flat is large with lots of space! I am a songwriter & run a company so sometimes I’ll be out the house writing & occasionally in, working from home! I am out the house at least 3 days a week for work, sometimes away touring and some weeks I’ll be in a lot, sometimes away very diverse schedule!

The building is listed and has lovely neighbours! There is a noise curfew from 11pm-8am but everyone is VERY relaxed. Unfortunately no pets allowed!

The rent is £1250 & bills are roughly:
Council Tax £95 each
WiFi: £19 each
Energy (top up as you go.. normally £30 each winter)
Gas (monthly bill changes due to usage
Water bill is around £550 for the year so £275 each for the year or £22 per month)

3 minute walk to Blackheath Station with trains to London Bridge, Victoria, Cannon Street
GAILS, bakeries, coffee, local fruit and veg store, Sunday farmers market and Blackheath & Greenwich park all within a short walk!

I don’t drink, smoke and I like to stay very healthy! I’d love a flatmate who values that too! I can get you some tickets to some cool music events from time to time and bake you a fairly average banana bread 🤍
