One bathroom (with over bath shower). One (small) kitchen. One small, well behaved, sociable Spaniel lives her too, so you must love dogs.
I own the flat and keep it neat & tidy, inside & out, so it’s calm, peaceful and welcoming. I’d like to share with someone who appreciates the same kind of home environment and will do their bit to keep it this way.
NB: As there is an additional access route to the private garden (not pictured), you can rest assured no-one but you need use the door that is pictured!
