This beautiful, furnished flat in Blackheath is available to rent from 14 April. The flat has two double rooms available and I am looking to rent the entire property, ideally to flatmates who already know each other.

The flat is warm, bright and spacious. It is well-insulated from outside noise, with a balcony, attic, washing machine, fridge / freezer and brand new boiler. The surrounding area is safe and residential, with lovely neighbours and quick access to trains into London from Lewisham, Hither Green and Blackheath. It is a short walk from Blackheath Village (full of lots of pub, cafes and shops), the Heath and Greenwich Park. Nearby food and drink shops include a large Sainsbury's, M&S garage, well-stocked newsagents, Shepherds Food, Gail's bakery, independent fruit & veg shop and beer & cider shop and Oddbins.

Room 1 - £725 per month
Room 2 - £625 per month

Bills not included.

Flatmates will share a bathroom, kitchen and living room. The larger bedroom has a king size bed and mattress and the second bedroom has a double bed and mattress. Both bedrooms have lots of natural light and built-in wardrobes.

The owner will not live at the property.

Furniture included in the rental includes 2 x beds, wardrobe space, chests of drawers in bedrooms, sideboard, kitchen table, kitchen chairs, sofa, shelving, hoover and ironing board. The kitchen is stocked with crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils.

No smoking or pets please.
