Double room in a three bed semi detached house.

Shared use of garden, kitchen diner and front room. Bathroom is only shared with one other person and a second toilet downstairs so no awkward waiting. You will share your space with one other person and the live in landlord who is in a separate annex.

Bus stops less than a two minute walk away, Victoria line fifteen minute walk or five minute bus ride. There are also cycle routes into London.

The area has lots to do in your spare time with workshops, gyms and tap rooms close by. Big Penny Social is around the corner with it's weekend markets, quiz nights, food and other social events. If you're a bit more active you've got Yonder Climbing too. There is a peaceful outlook with lots of wildlife as we back onto the Wetlands Europes biggest nature reserve with access a few minutes away.

As you can see we have three small dogs and a cat and although we spend most of the time in the annex they will want to adopt you into their family
so an animal lover is a must!
