Double Room and Own Bathroom

We’re looking for a new flatmate! Come and join us in our modern, furnished and well-equipped apartment. We’re a couple (29 and 30), in banking and teaching, with pretty basic hobbies of gymming, going out for food / drinks and travelling. You’ll always be welcome to cook with us or join us in the shared living room, or equally we’re fine if you want to be left alone.

The flat is less than 5 mins from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria Line) and only a 10-15 minute walk to St James Street station (overground to Liverpool Street).
The bedroom is a fully furnished double (double bed and mattress provided) with two wardrobes, two bedside tables, two lamps, desk, chair and mirror. You’re welcome to use the bedding and cushions pictured if you’d like (there is an additional spare set too).
You’ll have own use of the main bathroom as we have an ensuite bathroom.
The flat faces inward to a communal garden space which is super quiet and we have an integrated dishwasher (which makes life easy) and plenty of fridge/freezer space to share. We recently bought a new washing machine/tumble dryer too.
All bills and internet access is included within the £1,300 price as well as a fortnightly cleaner. The price listed is for single occupancy but we’re open to discussions around price for double occupancy.

Let is available from 20th April for a minimum of one month - we can be flexible around this date and are happy with short term lets too.
