About flatmates:
There are 4 female and 1 male flatmates. All of them are very friendly and open individuals, whom I've become friends with. Very clean and tidy people that look after thermselves. They are also very respectful, noise being non-existent for the whole day.
Council tax: exempt (student)
SInce it is a student accommodation, it is a requirement to be a student. 5 second walk to a Coop and 10 second walk to an off-license open till 1 am. Excellent facilities both in the flats and in social spaces, staff couldn't be friendlier, 24 hour security which makes me feel safe, the cleaner is constantly working in the communal areas and is very friendly, any maintenance problems are sorted very quickly and there is literally everything you need in walking distance... uni, Asda, co-op, Tesco, train station, bus routes, bars, clubs, shops, doctor's... Everything. Blackhorse Road tube station (Victoria and Overground lines) is a 1 minute walk away.
I've found it to be the best student accomm I've lived in, out of other 3. It's very quiet, room looks very nice, bed is pretty big, building is recently refurbished, and security is always on site. Their social events happen very often and they are fun to participate in. Outdoor courtyard is very large and cozy. Flatmates are great, very clean, respectful and quiet. As a student, there isn't much more you could ask from an accommodation.
