My name is Helen and I am looking to sublet my room in our lovely 2-bed flat for four months while I travel (January - May). The room is a medium sized double, and would come furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a bedside table.
The flat is a bright and spacious maisonette and has a private patio. We love houseplants so the living space feels homely and green! The flat is roughly 10 minutes walk from Blackhorse Road station (less if you are quick).
Looking for someone tidy, considerate and friendly who will enjoy the space and take good care of it.
