Hi! I'm moving out to live with my girlfriend and looking for someone to take over my lease from early Feb (slightly flexible) until 6th September. It’s a generous double room with a private ensuite in a 3-bed, 2-bath flat. The room is unfurnished with built-in storage, and I can potentially leave a few bits if helpful.

The flat is on the ground floor with a large open-plan living area and a patio/balcony. It’s part of the Fizzy new-build complex, which has a shared workspace, garden, Monday–Friday 9–6 concierge with parcel service, and 24/7 on-site security. Building management are friendly and responsive, and pets are allowed (for an extra cost).

The location is great: 2–3 minutes from Blackhorse Road Station (Victoria line), with a Co-op and Tesco close by. You’ve also got a climbing gym, yoga, CrossFit, Pilates, and the Blackhorse Road Beer Mile (including Big Penny Social) all within five minutes.

You’ll be sharing with Jonatan and Tom, both mid/late 20s.
We're a social household, we regularly do things together like movie nights, game nights, pub with friends, gym, and host gatherings at the flat. We also value personal space, and clean and tidy! All of us have girlfriends, which often come over to hang out!

Wi-Fi and gas are included. Electricity and water aren’t, averaging about £60 per person. Council tax band C.
