Double room with super-king bed and primary use of main bathroom in a new built flat close to Blackhorse Road Station.

This is a Monday night - Friday morning let (other arrangements can be discussed, for full-time please see my other ad.

Room is currently furnished with a wardrobe and a super king bed with a very comfy mattress and drawers for extra storage. There is space for a desk (see some of the pictures). Bedding & linens can be provided. There is space to leave clothes in the room.

The flat is south facing with a spacious open plan living area and underfloor heating throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and dishwasher. The flat has a balcony and there’s a communal garden downstairs - lovely in the summer. The building has a lift. There is also secure bike storage at street level. On-street parking permits can be requested from the council.

10min walk from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria line and Suffragette Overground) and Walthamstow reservoirs.
Well-connected: 30 mins to Kings Cross; 30 mins to Stratford; 40 mins to Oxford Circus, 40 mins to Liverpool Street.
5min walk from the Blackhorse Beer Mile. 1 min walk from community sauna, the Brandy House and around the corner from the Blackhorse Workshop Café.

Sharing with me (owner). I work in academia and work from home most days.

Currently no permanent pets in the house, but I am looking to adopt a new cat soon and my partner’s small dog visits, so you should be fine with both cats and dogs.
