Studio In Student Accommodation (Short Let)

I am currently studying at UCL and will be flying back home on 13 May. My tenancy ends on 17 July, so the studio is available for a short-term sublet during these two months.

This is a studio room in a student accommodation, located in E17. It is only 1 minute downstairs from Blackhorse Road Station. With the Victoria line, it is very convenient to get to UCL and central London within just a few stops. Right across the road, there are Tesco, Starbucks, Greggs, and Co-op, so daily life is very convenient.

The room includes a double bed, a TV, a desk, an electric hob, a microwave, heating, and a private bathroom.

There are many students living in the accommodation, and the atmosphere is generally friendly. The building also has an on-site gym and free shared appliances such as vacuum cleaners.
