My wonderful roommate is having to leave due to her work visa running out and I’m looking for a new roommate to fill her room.

It’s a small double, the bed also lifts up with storage underneath, there is a rail and hangers, some wall shelves, mirror and drawers.

We have a shared bathroom ( with bath and shower ) kitchen ( with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer ) and shared living room.

I work within fashion and arts and often out in the evenings and travel every couple of months.

The flat itself is compact for living in central london, but is very safe and we have everything you need around us.

5 min walk to Kings Cross / St Pancras
3 min walk to Russell Square
8 min walk to Euston

There is a dry cleaners, post office, nail shop, hairdressers alongside many restaurants with in 1 min walk.

We also have the Bannatyne gym a short walk away and also the Brunswick Center is a stones throw away from our place.

There you have a Waitrose, Superdrug, Robert dyas, Boots, Yosushi, Nando’s, New Look, River Island to name a few aswell as the Curzon cinema.

Rent is £850 per month and all bills are £100 ontop.

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful but also doesn’t mind a glass of wine! It’s a very chill house in the hustle and bustle of the city.

No smoking allowed, open to pets.

Room available from March 25th ( min 2 month contract and can be rolling from then )
