Double Bedroom Kings Cross

My roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to move in with me. A beautiful bright bedroom located near Kings Cross and Russel Square, Zone 1. There are shops, parks, public transport and many gyms close by and the area is great. The apartment has two floors, one bathroom, a kitchen and a big patio/terrace.

Bedroom : Double, very spacious and bright, located in the first bff poor.

There is a Waitrose, Tesco, Lidl, Sainsburys, Coop in walking distance and a few little shops that are open til late close by. At Kings you can access the Cross Circle, Piccadilly, Hammersmith&City, Metropolitan and Victoria lines as well as many different buses and trains. The area is quiet and the flooring in the apartment has been redone a few months ago. The landlord is a very nice and understanding person who is always very eager to fix any issues or problems in the apartment. The letting agency is 3 minutes from here and also always very helpful.. Covent Garden and Holborn are about a 20 minute walk away.

Move in Date: anywhere from now til the 25th of July

Bills come to around 40£ per month (council tax nit included)
