Hi everyone! I have a really nice, sunny room available in a 2-bedroom flat right in the heart of Bloomsbury. The room is available until August under the current contract, which can be renewed afterwards.
It’s a 2 minute walk from both Warren Street Station and Euston Square Station. 15 minute walk from King’s Cross. It would especially be convenient for UCL students, as it is only a 1-minute walk from the main campus! The location is honestly amazing and so convenient.
£845 a month excluding bills, but bills like water and electricity tend to be very low.
The room is fully furnished, includes a bed, a night stand, a desk and desk-chair, a wardrobe. A stove, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and cleaning supplies are all included in the flat.
If the pictures are unclear (as they are screenshots from a video) I am happy to send multiple videos of the room itself and the shared bathroom and kitchen.
The current flatmate is a very nice young female Psychology student at UCL. We are looking for a female student to take over my part of the contract.
Please get in touch if you’re interested!
