We are UCL students coming to the end of our courses and we are hoping to end our contract early. If you are interested you would be taking over the remaining 2 months (12 July - 12 September) of the existing contract. The landlord is fantastic and if you wished to continue on and renew in September that would be possible.
The flat itself is clean and tidy, has a modern bathroom and a small but well equipped kitchen. There is a communal dining area which is part of the open plan hallway. It is in a friendly, secure building just a stone's throw from Warren Street and Euston Square tube stations. Ideally suited to a UCL student as we are located so close to campus. Heating is included in the rent, and other bills are ~£6 per person per week.
