Looking for a University of London student to take over my tenancy at Bonham Carter House, Intercollegiate Halls, starting early January. The tenancy runs until August, with the option to extend to the next academic year. Please note, this is not a subletting opportunity – you'll be taking over the entire tenancy. If you only want the room for a couple of months it will be up to you to find a replacement tenant.

The room is in a self-contained flat at the top of the building, shared with 4 other female students. The flat has 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, and a well-equipped kitchen.

The room offers ample storage, a small double bed, and a stunning view of the BT Tower. Additional amenities include bike storage, Amazon lockers, a common room, study room, and TV room on the ground floor. Various social activities organised by the warden and RAs, and the halls benefit from 24-hour security for added peace of mind.
