Large ensuite in the center of Bloomsbury

Hi there!

I am moving out from London and leaving my large ensuite available for rent! The room is in a 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Bloomsbury.

About the room:
The room is quite large and features a king double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, TV and big built in wardrove with plenty of storage space. It has a big window/balcony to an outdoor quiet area, which ensures plenty of light coming into the room at any time of the day (sorry, bedroom pics were taken at night!).
And, of course, the ensuite bathroom attached to the room with toilet, sink and bathtub!

About the flat:
The flat is a duplex situated on the 2nd floor of the block. The ensuite is on the lower floor of the duplex, whilst the rest of the bedrooms and shared living spaces are on the upper floor. The best part of the flat, specially in summer, is the 2 large terraces on the upper floor where you can enjoy some nice sunshine whilst reading a book or having drinks with friends.
There is one parking space available in the gated garage free of charge as well as bicycle parking stations.

About the flatmates:
Sara (30yo Spanish) and Serena (28yo Canadian) are both professional workers. We are all part of the same group of friends, so the vibes in the house are extremely friendly and outgoing. We usually have friends over for lunch, dinner and/or drinks, so we definitely encourage you to do the same! :)
Something to note is that Sara and Serena usually work from home (usually the living room), but this has never been a problem for me as the ensuite room offers enough comfort to work independently from there without being bothered.

Monthly rent details:
Inclusions: Rent, electricity and gas
Exclusions: WiFi ($32/month) and Council Tax (£192/month), to share equally amongst all three tenants

- King's Cross / St. Pancras: 5 minutes walking distance
- Russell Square: 5 minutes walking distance
- Euston: 5 minutes walking distance
