Looking for someone to take over my contract! The location is in Bloomsbury, 1 minute away from Brunswick Square which has the biggest Waitrose supermarket, Boots, restaurants, and various shops. It is a 3 minute walk to Russel Square station and an 8 minute walk to Kings Cross station and Saint Pancras International.
Room (and the whole apartment) is fully furnished. I will be leaving all of the kitchen appliances. There is a closet and two chests of drawers in the bedroom. A kitchen with a washing machine included. The bathroom has a bathtub.
My contract ends on the 14.09.24 so you would be sending a 3-month deposit to me and then the remaining 12-month deposit to the landlord until 14.09.2025.
Additionally, you would be living with a young professional (female) who is a corporate lawyer and an LSE graduate.
