Room Details:
The bedroom is 12 square meters and comes with a comfortable private 3/4 size bed, all standard bedroom furniture and a washing basin.

You'll share a separate bathroom with two other females (Bachelor’s and Master’s medicine students at UCL who are clean and very nice), as well as sharing a kitchen with them – a great space to cook and hang out with fellow students.

Both the Bathroom and Kitchen are cleaned daily by the property team on site.

HIGHLIGHTS

The house is very close to everything you need. All utility bills and services are included in 405 pw so there is no hidden expense. The rooms are recently refurbished and are managed by the team on site.

Being so close to university means it saves any commuting expenses and you wouldn't need to get up early for any morning lectures.

Being close to Lidl as a cheap grocery supermarket (if you cook/buy meals regularly) also means a great money and time saver! Occasionally the reception offers breakfast servings and snacks/drinks for free!

It is secure, with security on-site, and you need keys to enter the House as well as the Room, more secure than any private flat/apartment (which does not necessarily have a management/reception team on site).
