My beautiful studio flat will be available while I’m away from 18th December to 2nd February (flexible within those dates).

The flat is bright, cosy and warm, with a large double-glazed window that lets in plenty of sunlight. It’s in a well-maintained period building with lift access.

There’s a separate kitchen (not open-plan) and a private bathroom, and the studio is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

VERY CENTRAL location — just a 2-minute walk from Russell Square Station, and within walking distance to King’s Cross, SoHo, Covent Garden, Holborn, and the West End.

All bills are included in the rent (£1,600/month), covering electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, and council tax.

A refundable deposit of £500 is required upfront, fully returned at the end of the stay, provided the flat is left in good condition.

Ideal for a single person or a quiet couple looking for a short-term stay in a central and charming part of London.
