Lease takeover - Large double room w Balcony

Hey! I'm looking to transfer the 6-months left on my lease for my large double bedroom in a lovely 3-bedroom flat on Great Percy Street. I'm looking to get closer to my office in West London and have decided to move away.

You'll be sharing with two other friendly flatmates who are easy-going professionals.

My room is the largest double bedroom (you can see it in the photos and floorplans) with loads of natural light, a comfy bed, and plenty of storage space. You'll have full access to our newly renovated kitchen and laundry facilities. There are two bathrooms, each with showers and toilets/sinks. One also has a bathtub. There is also a large and lovely communal garden for all the flats in the building. It is rarely used and has two charcoal BBQ's, chairs, and a maintained lawn. I've had many get togethers here over the past two years without any issue.

You can also step out onto your private balcony with a cup of tea and you're overlooking a lovely and quiet tree-lined street. It's incredibly peaceful for being right in central London.

The flat lies in a great residential spot - Angel and Upper Street are just around the corner with amazing pubs, restaurants, and brilliant weekend markets. Plus you can walk to the British Museum, UCL, Exmouth Market, and loads of gorgeous garden squares.

About Your Flatmates:
They're both great - two professionals in their twenties, both are from Italy. One works in software engineering and the other in consulting. They're quiet and respectful but also very friendly. They know all the best local spots if you need any recs.
