I have 2 in-house cats, so the person must like cats and be willing to offer a cuddle or 2 when my cats demand it.
Occasional cat sitting would be appreciated.

No overnight stays permitted for family or friends.

THE PROPERTY:
The flat is on the ground floor, one level, in a cul-de-sac street, so no through traffic, makes this a very quiet place to live in.

The sitting and living room, separate kitchen, and the 1 bathroom with bath, is to be shared.
Cleaning to be shared.

LOCAL AREA:
2 minutes walk to Cartwright Gardens.
5 minutes walk to the Brunswick Centre and about 3 to the British Library.

TRANSPORTATION:
Euston Station and Russel Square Station are about 5 minutes walk.
Kings X, Holborn and Warren Street about 10 minutes.

BILLS INCLUDED: Water and Wi-fi.

BILLS NOT INCLUDED: Electricity is not included.
The cost of this will be dependent on usage. I have a smart meter where usage and cost will be monitored, to be split at the end of the month.
