Subletting my ensuite double room in Bloomsbury, Central London, from today to 29 August 2026.
The room is located in a London Nest student residence in the heart of Bloomsbury, sharing the building with seven other tenants, all with their own en-suite, and two communal kitchens. The kitchens are fully equipped with plates, pans, utensils and cutlery, so everything is ready from day one. The room is fully furnished with a bed base, double mattress, sheets, duvet, desk, wardrobe and bedside table, and is recently renovated, so both the bedroom and the bathroom feel modern and are in very good condition.
The residence is very well located, with several Tube stations within a 5 to 10 minute walk, including Russell Square (Piccadilly line), Chancery Lane (Central line, 15 minutes to the City) and Holborn (Central and Piccadilly lines). It is also very well connected by bus to other central areas of London.
There are several parks nearby within walking distance, as well as cultural spots such as the British Museum.
For groceries, there is a large Waitrose around 5 minutes away on foot, as well as Sainsbury’s and Tesco within around 5 minutes, and M&S within around 10 minutes.
The booking is split across two double ensuite rooms, both under the same conditions: the first is a Kingsize Double Ensuite at 110 Guilford Street until 14 May, and the second is a Double Ensuite at 109 Guilford Street from 14 May to 29 August 2026. Both rooms are double en-suite rooms.
Price is £47.14/day, £330/week, or £1,434/month equivalent. Rent includes all bills (water, internet, gas, council and electricity).
The incoming tenant would need to cover the extra fixed fees linked to the booking: a £100 departure cleaning fee and a £95 bank charge.
I am only leaving the room because of personal circumstances that require me to return to my home country. Otherwise, I genuinely cannot think of a better place to live if you are a student or a young professional.
