Large Single Short-let 2 weeks only: Feb 12 - 26

A large single room available for short-let from Feb. 12 to Feb 26 for 2 weeks, while I will be traveling. 350 GBP for the period including utilities and internet. Our flat is on the sunny 5th floor and the room has a window facing the court yard. A professional preferred. Single occupancy only. No couple, please.

The flat is on the 5th floor of a Housing complex near King's Cross/Russel Square tube stations. The flat includes a smallish kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. No living room or parking. It is a mixed/international housing complex near University of London. About a 9 min walk to King's Cross or Russel Sq tubes. This single room has a double bed, desk, table, and large double closet (furnished). The rent is cheaper than the market rate because I will leave enough stuff in my room, although I will empty one closet and some draws and clear up the desk area before I leave.

Needless to say enough shops, cafes, restaurants around there in a walking distance. Waitrose supermarket and Tesco local are within a 6 min walk.

Our flatmates are friendly professionals from Germany, Romania, and Portugal. I am Asian American. Our professions are an architect, Ph. D Student (Environmental Science), and Human Resource. We tend to be busy with our own life/job. But we often chat each other in our small kitchen during breakfast/dinner etc.
