Looking for replacement, Janet Poole House

Looking for a replacement of a student house!
I booked a room in Bloomsbury Janet Poole House before and now I fail to start my course. So I need to find a replacement to replace me so that I can be released from the contract. The house is on Gower Street, really near to UCL, spending only 4 minutes walking to the main library. And the transport is really convenient. It's in the centre London!
The room I ordered before is Gower room. you have your own microwave and fridge in your room, and my room is the biggest one in all Gower rooms. But you can also choose any type of room you want. If you are willing to book the house, please let me know so that I can tell the landlord that I succeeded in finding a replacement!
