A small double room will be available in my fully furnished flat in central London from April. It is ideal if you are looking for a comfortable, well-located base in town.

You will have use of the kitchen, bathroom. The flat is clean and well looked after. It is a calm home rather than a busy house share, so it would suit someone who values a tidy, peaceful environment and is considerate of shared spaces.

The location is within easy reach of King’s Cross, Russell Square, Euston, Angel and Holborn, with the Brunswick Centre just around the corner for shops and cafés.

A little about me: I work full-time and often long hours, so the flat is usually quiet. I am looking to share with someone friendly, respectful and fairly independent who is comfortable living in a structured, well-kept home. Not suitable for hospitality shift patterns or full-time home working.
