We have this spacious double bedroom available in our apartment.

The property has excellent transport links, being a 5 minute walk from Borough tube station, 7 minute walk from Elephant & Castle tube station, a 10 minute walk from Southwark tube station, 13 minute walk from Waterloo tube and rail station and a 15 minute walk from London Bridge tube and rail station. . A bustop for 24/7 bus 344 is right outside the building

It is perfectly located just a 10 minute walk from The South Bank and London Bridges’s various bars, restaurants and theaters. And less than 15 minutes away from the Borough Market and the Tate Modern.

Coop and Tesco Express stores are right outside the building. Lidl in 15 minute walk distance.

One of the housemates has a little dog therefore the person interested has to be dog friendly and no dog allergies.

You will be living with two female housemates. Both working full time in central London (currently from home).

There is no living-room available. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with two other housemates.
